球速体育’s IC Sensors for Vehicles – The Economic Times Auto.com

US-based engine design and development company Detroit Engineered Products (球速体育) has launched its latest advanced IC sensor that can help improve the efficiency and reduce emission of internal combustion engines.

These IC sensors can be used in real-time for applications, functioning as a timing sensor, combustion sensor, performance sensor, emissions sensor and pressure sensor, delivering accurate and reliable results on a cylinder-to-cylinder, and a cycle-by-cycle basis, the company said in a release.

The company claimed that these sensors are most suitable for on-board engine diagnostics, can predict combustion, performance and engine out emissions, and are superior to pressure transducers. The advanced IC sensors can be retro fitted in existing electronically controlled gasoline and diesel engines, by adapting the fuel injector or spark plug or glow plug as the sensor, without the need to drill another hole in the cylinder head.

30th Road Safety Week 2019 is celebrated in India from 04th February (Monday) to the 10th February (Sunday). Road safety week is celebrated with the great joy and enthusiasm at our Detroit Engineered Products office, Chennai. It is heartening that many of our employees came forward to project the importance of following road rules, commuting safely in road and depicted the organized way of doing travel in road.

Slow
Staying under limits, and slow down to 20mph around schools, homes and shops to protect others. Slowing right down for bends, brows and bad weather, and avoid overtaking.

Never drive after drinking any alcohol or drugs – not a drop, not a drag.

Making sure everyone in the vehicle is belted up on every journey, and kids smaller than 150cm are in a proper child restraint.

Road safety week is a national event aimed at raising public awareness about traffic rules and ultimately to reduce casualties due to road accidents. Therefore, to make people more aware of the traffic rules and to persuade them to follow rules while on road; the Road Safety Week is observed annually.

Bangalore, also known as the Silicon Valley of India is a strategic location to have an office. The location in Whitefield keeps 球速体育 in one of India’s premier business districts, just minutes away from our key customers. The new office will support clients globally, as well as serve as a training center for MeshWorks.

The office was formally inaugurated by Basant Sharma, Vice President, 球速体育. The CAD-Morpher is an innovative concept that allows users to morph existing CAD data directly to new target shapes without much time & effort from design engineers.

Patent Title: System and Method for Morphing a CAD Design

Brief Note: The CAD-Morpher is a transformational morphing feature from 球速体育 which allows users and provides them the ability to efficiently modify an existing full vehicle CAD data (Body structures, Powertrain and Chassis parts) directly to new shapes. 球速体育, working with Dynamic Corvettes, produced all CAD models and performed the finite element (FE) analysis for an innovative lightweight aftermarket car frame. The frame was unveiled by The Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center at the SAE’s World Congress Experience (WCX) event in Detroit, MI.

The project was conceived and led by Gregg Peterson, the Center’s principal materials engineer, who was instrumental in technology transfer with NASA—successfully adapting software from the aerospace industry to automotive. A number of organizations were also involved, including: Lightweight Innovations for Tomorrow (LIFT), the University of Tennessee – Center for Industrial Services Institute for Public Service, and the Institute for Advanced Composites Manufacturing Innovation (IACMI).

Due to the wide demand for lightweight frames in the custom car market, the goal was to design a lightweight frame that could be easily morphed into virtually any wheelbase, vehicle length and width without requiring additional tooling. This ensures that the frame can be used in a variety of classic and hot rod car builds.

After considering dozens of car body frames to base the project on, the team selected the 1963-67 Corvette (C2 second generation design) due to its overall popularity around the world, being the most desirable body style among classic car aficionados. Dynamic Corvettes based in Saginaw, Michigan, assisted the team in developing specifications for the lightweight replacement frame for the C2 Corvette to ensure it was strong and safe. Detroit Engineered Products, produced all CAD models and performed the finite element (FE) analysis.
